What Currency Are Prices On Your Website?

All prices are in Australian dollars and GST is added at checkout. If you are outside of Australia and interested in purchasing a print or book, please contact us and we will work with you to confirm pricing, taxes and shipping.

Do You Sell and Ship Your Prints Internationally?

At this point in time, we only ship domestically within Australia. However, if you live outside of Australia and would like to request / organise a special international shipment, please message us via the contact page. We are happy to consider international requests and work with you to find a shipping solution for your location.

How Are Your Prints Made?

All photographic prints are Giclée printed by the best photographic printers in Melbourne, Australia. Prints are made using a pure pigment inkjet print on Canson Platine Fibre Rag paper.

All prints purchased via this website are ‘printed on demand,’ and may take 7 to 10 business days to print and ship.

What’s the difference between a limited edition print and an open edition print?

A limited edition print is only available in a limited quantity and is numbered according to the number of prints in that limited edition. An open edition print is not numbered and the quantity is not limited. Both prints are signed, only the limited edition is numbered.

What Payment Options Do You Offer?

At this time, we only take / offer credit and debit card payments via Stripe.

Are Your Prints Framed?

No, all prints offered for sale via this website are unframed. We strongly recommend the following regarding receipt and handling of your print/s:

1. As soon as you receive your print/s -CAREFULLY peek / check and confirm that the print isn’t damaged. If you find that a print has been damaged, please use the contact form and / or email address on your invoice / receipt IMMEDIATELY and share details about the damage. Please take a photo of the damage and send it with your message.

2. Other than the above, do not handle, unpack or otherwise touch your print. Have your print framed by a professional framer with an archival quality mat board and lightweight acrylic.

What Organisation Do You Use For Shipping?

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped by Sendle within 7-10 days of receipt of your order.

Tracking information will be sent to you when your order has been shipped / picked up by Sendle. Orders generally arrive within 7–10 business days from the date that they are picked up / sent via Sendle.

Please note that timeframes for shipping / deliver are indicative only. Sometimes, there are delays in shipping that are beyond our control (especially if you live outside a capital city / in a regional and / or remote location. You will be prvided with tracking information when your order has shipped and you can contact / liaise with Sendle directly regarding shipping times, deliveries et al.

Can I Use Your Photos?

No, all images are copyright and you can not use them without written permission from Yolanda French.

To request permission to use or reproduce images by Yolanda French, submit your request via the Contact page on this website. Any use or reproduction of images without permission is a breach of copyright.

Photographic prints are available in small [A4], medium [A3], and large [A2]. Please see below for dimensions.
