Unframed Photographic Prints and Books
All purchases of photographic prints final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.

If your print or book has been damaged in transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods for assistance. Please use the contact form and / or email address on your invoice / receipt IMMEDIATELY (no later than 7 days from receipt of delivery from Sendle) and share details about the damage. Please take a photo of the damage and send it with your message.
Sale Items
Products purchased using a promotional code, or that have been purchased at a discounted price, are ineligible for a refund.
For this reason, we ask that you carefully consider your purchase before proceeding.
We cannot offer rain checks on products that are out of stock during a promotion, or that are part of a collaboration. If you have any questions please contact us.
Photographic Print Care Instructions
Once you receive your print please don't open it (which will be very tempting, Iknow), when you are ready please take it to a professional framer to avoid any mishandling or damage.
To ensure the longevity of your photographic print we recommend the following:
Keep your print out of direct sunlight.
Have your print framed by a professional framer with an archival quality mat board and lightweight acrylic.
Printing
All photographic prints are Giclée printed by the best photographic printers in Melbourne, Australia. Prints are made using a pure pigment inkjet print on Canson Platine Fibre Rag paper.
All prints purchased via this website are ‘printed on demand,’ and may take 7 to 10 business days to print and ship.
Shipping
All orders are carefully packaged by export printers and shipped by Sendle within 7-10 days of receipt of your order. Tracking information will be sent to you when your order has been shipped / picked up by Sendle. Orders generally arrive within 7–10 business days from the date that they are picked up / sent via Sendle.
